Your Web site is your face to the world. People judge you within three seconds of landing in your Web site. Not much time to make a great impression, right?

Wrong. After we apply our magical fingers and creative minds to your project, three seconds is all it takes for someone to decide to stay and explore your Web site. Once we capture their attention visually; our crafty copywriting kicks in and keeps those visitors reading or at least scanning your headlines to immediately find out the WIIFM (What's In It For Me) reason to hire you.

The way people behave online has a lot to do with how we design.

When viewing a site, your eyes scan the page in the shape of the letter "F", beginning in the upper left corner of the page; then across the top and down the left, with the right side of the page and below the fold being last.

People like to look at graphics and photos, rather than read a large passage of text. They'll try to click on those graphics and that's why we like to create those visual clues that lead to more information. This is how you keep people traveling through your site in an easy, relaxed manner. No frustrations or they're outta here.

Our Process of Developing Your Strategic Web Site

You'll be asked to answer a bunch of questions. Your answers allow me to envision the right solution for you. Planning is the most important step. It's like having a map to your destination: you have to plan and plot your journey before we can provide Happy Landings.
You and I need to define the following items before starting your project.

  • Target market perceptions
  • Your biggest challenge with your company
  • Your company goals
  • Your biggest selling point
  • Your Strenths, Weaknesses, Opportunities
  • Calls to action (what do you want your visitor to do before s/he leaves your site?)
  • Success Benchmark (you must have a benchmark or how will you measure ROI?)

Next, you'll fill out our questionaire and e-mail it to me. (Fill out our contact form to receive a questionaire).
Next, you'll receive a free 30 minute consultation in which we clarify your answers; solidify details; and brainstorm ideas. I'll show you how Google "thinks" so you understand the value of expert SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
Then I'll write a proposal and estimate for you, which becomes our plan for your project. We'll discuss it and then move forward with developing your Web site.

We require a signed contract and a 50% down payment before beginning work. Depending on the features of your Web site, blog or Twitter background design, the first phase is usually copywriting and design.
